Security, data & exit
Who owns your data, where it lives, and what happens if we disappear. The short version: your data is yours, and leaving is a decision you can make at any time.
The short version
- Your data is yours
- Hosted in Australia
- Leave whenever you like
- It survives us
Every question on this page comes down to the same one: what happens to your business if something happens to us? These are the answers we give before anyone asks.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every record, file and piece of history in your system is your property from the first day, not licensed back to you. We do not hold your data hostage to a subscription.
Where does the data live?
Australian-hosted by default, on infrastructure we can name and you can audit. If your industry has a residency requirement, tell us during the diagnosis and it becomes a design constraint rather than a surprise.
How do I get my data out?
On request, at any time, in a structured format you can actually use, not a PDF dump. This is a standing commitment, not a goodwill gesture at the end of a relationship.
What happens if you disappear?
- The system keeps running, hosted in your name.
- You hold the credentials to every service it depends on.
- All of your data is handed over in full, in a structured format, so you can carry on without us.
Who can access it, and how are changes controlled?
Access is role-based and least-privilege by default. Changes to a live system go through a review step, and we keep a record of what changed and when.
