# Scope your system

The guided version of the conversation. Tell us how your operation runs today, and we come back with where we would expect to find time and money going, and what it would take to fix it.

This is the front door to the diagnosis. It is not a quote generator, and you will not get a number out of a form: a real answer needs a real look at how you work. What it does is let us arrive already knowing roughly what shape your operation is in, so the first call is about your business rather than the basics.

## What the diagnosis actually is

A short, fixed piece of work that answers the question everything else depends on: how does your business actually run, and where is it quietly losing time and money? We map your data and your workflows, then sort out what to automate, what to streamline, what to hand to AI agents, and what is better left with your people.

It ends with a written map of your operation and a recommendation on what is worth building first. That map is yours to keep whether or not you go any further with us.

## How it runs

- **You tell us what you run.** In this form, or on a call if you would rather talk.
- We look at the operation properly: the tools, the handoffs, the spreadsheets beside the system, and the steps that only exist in someone's head.
- We come back with what we found, what it is costing, and what we would fix in what order.
- You decide whether to build. If the answer is no, you still keep the map.

## What it costs

The diagnosis is $2,500–5,000, fixed. Not hourly, and not an estimate that moves. If a build follows, it is quoted up front off what we found, typically $8,000–80,000 depending on scope, and looking after it afterwards runs $250–5,000 a month, priced to the size of your operation rather than per user.

Most people start with the diagnosis precisely because it is low-commitment and where things go from there is entirely up to them.

## What we need from you

An honest description of how things work now, including the parts that are held together with spreadsheets and goodwill. Access to the people who actually do the work, for an hour or two each. That is genuinely it, you do not need to have a solution in mind, and you do not need to have tidied anything up first.

## If it is not a fit

We will say so, early, and tell you what we would do instead. That happens often enough to be worth stating: some operations need a process fixed rather than software built, and some are better served by a tool that already exists. Either way you get the answer, not a proposal.
